How do you lose belly fat? The answer lies with revving up your metabolism. It does appear it's the hardest fat to shift and the chances are it's been there for a while, so that does not make it easy.

The one thing that we humans need is "movement". Our sit down lifestyle and the attitude of grow old gracefully is actually our "undoing". The body is a machine and needs to be exercised. Once you start feeling stiffness and you lose flexibility the news is not good.

Remain active and remain flexible is one of the keys to good health and next comes your nutrition. High doses of carbohydrates is not as good for you unless your body needs that energy - in other words are your burning it off? When you don't it shows up as fat cells.
